History :Sgt. Nathaniel Dylan, along with Detective Jacob Stuart, were the first detectives to chase The Night Angel and The Fearsome Shade with any success. A disagreement over how to proceed with the investigation led to conflict between the partners and ultimately even their friendship was lost. Dylan was promoted to being Stuart’s boss and the conflicts have continued from there.

Powers and Abilities: Dylan is a smart, organized cop.
